Greatly enjoyed every minute of being there. By and large, it was a great place for sightseeing in Puebla. - Had much fun. - Met helpful and amicable staff from restaurant staff to receptionists. Overall, I had a fantastic time staying at Staybridge Suites Puebla. It was a perfect spot for sightseeing, and I thoroughly enjoyed my interactions with the friendly and helpful staff members during my stay.

King suite had a lovely bed. Its service was great!

The room was reasonably spacious and it had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, that's cool. Location: the hotel was right by downtown and puebla and Mexico. Everything was fabulous, though a few employees were obnoxious.

I am so glad I chose this hotel in my recent trip to this city. The facilities were exceptional, especially the cleanliness. The hotel had a central air and heat system that ensured my room was very quiet, despite the hotel’s location near main roads. The parking was secure, which made me feel safe and secure. The staff were very helpful in giving me transportation tips, including how close the hotel was to downtown. Furthermore, the complimentary breakfast was great and the staff were always available to assist me.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable with a great balcony to relax. the dinner was complimentary, and the breakfast was included in the package. the hotel is centrally located and there are many attractions nearby that were easy to reach.

The pet fee was exorbitant, and it was shocking to see the charges for our pets. We expected far less of a charge as per other hotels in the area.

The hotel location is excellent, just a short walk to the main square and many restaurants. the spacious rooms have comfortable beds and modern bathrooms, offering a pleasant stay. the friendly staff is always ready to assist with anything you may need, and the complimentary breakfasts are delicious. the hotel is also equipped with a fitness center and outdoor pool.

The rooms at Staybridge Suites were absolutely amazing. They were spacious, comfortable, and even had an outdoor space with a large balcony where our dogs could enjoy themselves. The hotel also had some grassy areas where we could walk our dogs, which was a nice touch. We were lucky enough to stay on a Thursday night when they were having a complimentary dinner, so we didn't have to worry about extra expenses for food. The breakfast included in our stay was also delicious, although we had to leave early and couldn't enjoy it fully. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great rooms and pet-friendly amenities.
